Meet Sally Mytton

“I believe that no one approach, or modality is right for everyone, and ultimately you are the expert on your own life.”

I’m a BACP registered counsellor based in Malvern, Worcestershire. Inclusivity and accessibility are at the core of my values and I work to make sure my services are available to everyone that needs them.

About Me

What kind of counselling can I offer you?

Integrative counselling

Integrative counselling looks at the whole person, considering your mental, physical and emotional needs. Your therapist will use techniques and tools from different modalities to tailor an individual approach for you.

An integrative counsellor aims to build a trusting and non-judgemental relationship that helps you develop self-awareness. When you understand the causes of your concerns or triggers for your behaviour, you can confidently set goals and develop new behaviours to improve your satisfaction with life.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an experiential therapy with its focus on the client’s inner world. It is based on psychological theories about systems and multiplicity of mind. It sees the individual as a system or organism comprising multiple internal inner parts that take on roles to manage and protect the individual from harm, and a core self which is calm, confident and compassionate. The aim is to enable the person to understand and heal the parts that are wounded.

Sessions & Pricing

I offer 50 minutes sessions at £60 per session. I work on a sliding scale too, providing concessions, please let me know if cost is a barrier for you.

I currently have sessions available on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
